- Long Description: The TVOC-2 Arc Guard System is designed for arc fault protection, providing rapid detection of arc faults in electrical systems. The Arc Monitor detects the light from an arc and sends a signal to nearby circuit breakers within 1 ms, allowing them to break the power and extinguish the arc, protecting people and equipment. The unit supports up to 10 detectors and can trip up to three breakers with zone selectivity. It also supports up to 2 extension units, allowing the detection of up to 30 light detectors. The Arc Monitor includes an HMI that can be placed on the outside of the door. Detectors come in a range of lengths to suit various switchgear designs.
