The Bently Nevada 1701/30-01 is a FieldMonitor Dynamic Pressure Input Monitor designed for use within the Bently Nevada 1701 FieldMonitor Series, a distributed control system (DCS) solution for machinery protection and condition monitoring. Manufactured by Bently Nevada, a Baker Hughes company with over 60 years of expertise in vibration monitoring, this two-channel module accepts signals from dynamic pressure transducers, conditions them, and compares them to user-programmable alarm setpoints. It is tailored for industrial applications such as power generation, oil and gas, and machinery packaging, where monitoring dynamic pressure in reciprocating compressors or other equipment is critical (Web ID 1). Built on Allen-Bradley’s Flex I/O platform, the 1701/30-01 supports a field-mounted, distributed architecture, reducing installation costs and enhancing integration with control systems (Web ID 0).
